  • Depart from Martin Way Park and Ride at 9:20 am; Intercity Transit Bus Route 605Adult fare: $3.00     RRFP*: $1.25
  • Arrive at Highway 512 Park and Ride at 9:50 am
  • Depart from Highway 512 Park and Ride at 10:08 am; Sound Transit Route 594(Restroom break at Union Station)
  • Adult fare: $3.50   RRFP*: $1.50
  • Arrive in Seattle at 4th Avenue South and South Jackson at 11:17 am
  • Depart from 4th Avenue South and South Jackson (Island)Arrive at 34th and Fremont Avenue, (1st stop after crossing the Fremont Bridge)
  • Adult fare: $2.25   RRFP*: 75 cents
  • Metro Transit Route 26 (11:25 or 11:55) or Route 28 (11:34) – 18 minute trip
  • Lunch on your own. Suggestions:
    • PCC Market: HUGE Deli, large outdoor covered eating patio. 600 N. 34th St.
    • Homegrown: Sustainable (local and organic) sandwich shop. 3416 Fremont
    • Explore the neighborhood, using “Walking Guide to Fremont”
    • Mary will lead short area tour, including troll and other public art
  • Walk to Theo’s Chocolate Factory located at 3400 Phinney Avenue, (two blocks west of PCC market; single story brick building). Check in by 1:50. Tour begins at 2:00.
  • Pay Mary $6.00 for tour.
  • Depart from 34th and Fremont (across the street from where we got off the bus);Arrive at 3rd and Virginia. Walk one block east and north to Lenora & 4th.
  • Adult Fare: $2.25     RRFP* 75 cents
  • Metro Bus 26 (3:26 or 3:56) or Metro bus 28 (3:13)  20 minute ride
  • Depart from Lenora at 4th Avenue (in front of the Cinemax theater)at 4:15 pm;Adult Fare: $3.50     RRFP*: $1.50
  • Sound Transit 592; Arrive at Highway 512 Park and Ride at 5:33 pm

  • RRFP: Regional Reduced Fare Permit is for individuals age 65 and older. The lifetime permit costs $3.00, and can be purchased through Intercity Transit. www.intercitytransit.org
